All aides undergo 72 hours of initial training and competency checks.
A registered nurse will initially admit the patient to our program and every 60 days will reasses the patient’s condition or as needed whenever the patient’s condition changes. The registered nurse also assesses the patient after each hospital visit lasting longer than 24 hours.
Yes, an on-call coordinator is available after normal business hours to answer any questions.
